New patients at the Scott Center will first meet the courteous and efficient office staff, who record various billing and insurance information.

The staff accepts major health plans, including private insurance, Workman's Compensation and Medicare, as well as private payments.

Physical therapists then perform evaluations and assessments of new patients and set up treatments according to those findings.

Initial treatments could include:
Heat and Diathermy, Ultra-sound Treatment, Electric Stimulation, Hydrotherapy, Orthodics, Paraffin Bath, Massage Therapy, Iontophoresis, Phonophoresis, TENS, Neuromuscular Stimulation, Individually tailored exercise programs, Orthopedic Manual Therapy, Mechanical traction, TMJ therapy, Back-to-work Rehabiliation and Pre-Employment Screening.
